Thank you for choosing Nen Roasting Co. We're committed to providing you with the finest coffee experience. If, however, you find the need to return a product, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy below:
Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take utmost care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact our Customer Support team at support@nen.coffee within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, all coffee packets should be returned to us.
When you send us a Mail, please make sure to include:
1. Your Name and Registered Mail Id or Phone Number
2. Date of purchase
3. The items you would like refunded
4. The reason for the return (optional, but we’ve love to use your feedback to improve our products)
Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Upon verification of the issue, we will process a full refund or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order within 5 working days of Return Approval and shall be credited to the source account within 7-8 working days from return Approval.

Delayed Delivery Cancellation & Refund Policy
Delivery Partners: We collaborate with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure efficient delivery of your orders.Delivery Duration: For most orders across India, you can expect delivery within 4-7 working days from the date of order placement. Please note that this estimate may vary due to unexpected delays beyond our control.
Timely Arrival: We understand the importance of timely delivery. If, for any reason, your order does not reach you within 10 days post-dispatch, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Our Responsibility: In such cases, we will take full responsibility and offer you the option of a replacement or a complete refund for your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellation and Refund: It's important to note that once an order is shipped, we have limited control over its progress. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or provide a refund before the mentioned delivery timeline unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Important Note: This policy may not apply to situations where delivery issues arise due to factors beyond our control and responsibility. For instance, cases where the delivery is unsuccessful or delayed due to receiver-related issues, such as an incorrect address or unavailability at the provided contact number, are exceptions to this policy.
